Myself(leader of my Guild) and others had the problem of the join button being greyed out when TW preview launched. I have had at least one member that said he joined and he is not in TW. We had 45 successfully join, and one has told me he wasn’t in it once he joined. There were at least 5-10 with issues of joining initially. The join button was greyed out and it wouldn’t allow them to join at first. They, like myself, kept trying and it eventually showed that we had joined.
Sadly I did not screenshot any of the above problems we experienced.
What can be done to help us? The member who joined and then was not listed so he could deloy defense was very disappointed.
EA Staff (Retired)@Ilinso The TW "Join" button being grayed out is a completely separate issue. That is just a visual bug because players can still join by pressing on the "Join" button despite it being grayed out.
@GladOS-013 suggestion might help us get to the root of this issue. If anyone is able to take screenshots of the members who definitely joined and then check if all members are still in the TW once Setup Phase starts it would be great. At the moment we couldn't verify any of the examples provided as valid because the logs show that the players who reported definitely signing up actually didn't. That's why having at least one valid example that can be proven with screenshots/video can help us investigate further.
