I was excluded. I wasn’t late signing up, the event never showed up to sign up for! How the hell are we supposed to sign up for an event when it’s not even listed in guild events?! I seriously am on this game several times a day, and the tw for me never even showed up in guild events. It’s BS. And then to top it off, you complain, and nothing gets fixed. Sooooo, how many tw’s am I going to miss because they never show up?! This is the second one that failed to show up. Then, when guild members ask me why I never joined (in chat) is ask them, “Join what?!” It makes me look like an idiot. I’ve been playing for two years. This isn’t my first rodeo. @GladOS-013: I'm not claiming to understand how any of the glitches are fixed, but since you claim to be focused on finding solutions; shouldn't you be collecting the ally codes of each complaint? That way each specific account can be analyzed. Having CG go on a test account and say "well weren't not having the same glitch as you, so you must be mistaken" seems silly. Obviously this is only happening to a select few accounts, perhaps the glitch can be discovered by investigating these specific accounts.

Yeah, if you look at my last post, I was asking players to report the ally codes of all impacted accounts.
I'm not an EA or CG employee, so I can't review server logs or anything. I have access only to this bug forum, the game discussion forum, and my guild and alliance chats.
