The game doesnt load

Ive alteady tried this.  Also disconnect game center and reinstall the game.  Doesnt work anyway

Good question. You're right. You can't get the code without loading into the game. I'll look in to this and report back when I have some news.

If you got your account registered in swgoh.gg you can get your ally code

after this reported restart that JUST happened (15 minutes ago), my game froze up during arena, then i've been unable to get the game to start back up. it gives me error saying couldn't log into google play. repeats this error until it crashes.

Can you try restarting your device? I just tested and I'm able to connect through Google Play so hopefully, a quick restart takes care of it. Let me know. Thanks!

We are going to lose the Hux event. Not that I care about Hux but it is still a character event.

So far, the 2 ally codes I've received have had activity on them today. It seems they were able to log in. So far, I don't have any updates, but will let you know when I do.

All of you are on iPhones, correct? Are you able to log in on a different account?

I can entre yesterday and the other player is on my guild and can enter after post the ally code.   @EA_Aljo Maybe someone could repair the client with te ally code and is not coincidence...

My Ally Code is 893-889-296. I also opened a case #54012610 which I've received no reply on.   I've been able to get in via Bluestacks, but I can't get in on a Samsung S9 Note for some reason.  This started last night and it just hangs at "Loading Cantina".  I've deleted/reinstalled the app, removed/readded the account, logged in/out of google, changed the password - I have absolutely no idea what is going on.  

This seems to be at the account level because my son's accounts are on my phone and they can access their profiles on the game without issue on the same device.
