The game won’t load.

I’ve tried multiple times over the past 12 hours to play the game, but it won’t get past the loading screen. I’ve tried both, with my internet connection turned on and off; and both my personal data and WiFi connections are more than strong enough. I’ve also turned my device on and off again. But in the end, all of these tactics still have brought me to the same result. Not sure what else to try.
