The mandalorian (Beskar Armor) missing 55 shards
Beat the last event to unlock the character but now I didn’t get the shards? Not sure if this is a known issue or how to obtain them.

According to our logs, you haven't been able to complete eTier VI of the event, which will provide you with another 55 shards for The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor) and will unlock the character once completed.
