Thermoregulate isn’t working

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Glitch in new galactic challenge. Thermoregulate doesn’t allow targeting of ally. Just goes to next characters turn. The skill does enter cooldown. Unfortunately this means not being able to remove frostbite. Confirmed at least one other person in guild having same issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Same, thermoregulate does nothing for any character. Doesn't allow you to Target anyone.
Using palapatine, vader, GAS, 5s and rex if that matters at all.

Same here. I would also like to add that when I have an empire lead the snowtrooper does not get summoned.

@romc2445 Imperial Edict is an enemy modifier, not a global modifier, so it wouldn't affect your team.

Ah, thanks for that. I just assumed that if I had an empire team it would work for me too.

With only about 30 hours remaining on the event, will this be resolved? If not, will compensation be given to players?

@SleepyEarl I would hope for and expect compensation. I'm currently stuck on 109/110 because I can't thermoregulate Malak when the opposition has only one character remaining.

@smakibbfb Malak isn't required for any of the feats. If you are at 109 tickets, that means you need to either beat t7 with all Rebels or beat t6 for one of the other two feats, neither of which are tied to Malak or Sith Empire.
