I wish they'd sticky this or something...
This is WAI - After Thrawn fractures Old Ben's Zeta kicks in and taunts afterwards. I understand the wording would make you believe otherwise... and it should be changed... but it's been said multiple times this is the intended behavior for Old Ben's Zeta on his taunt.
You can feel free to wonder why in-game descriptions don't get updated and clarified as these things keep popping up.....

Actually, AFAIK, precisely spoken, after the DISPELL Ben's Zeta brings the taunt back, and only then at the end, the FRACTURE is applied (which prevents any further buffs).
- Something definitely needs to be clarified in the wording of Thrawn's ability and Old Ben's zeta.
- In my opinion, according to the descriptions, Thrawn's fracture would override OB zeta, because the fracture prevents any buffs.
