I recently purchased the lightspeed bundle for Second Sister/TIE Interceptor. I received the confirmation email and the gift in the inbox. However, the gift gave me around 2,000 crystals and a message that something went wrong and the crystals were a compensation gift. Is there any way to actually get what I paid for? I’ve been seeing this a lot with other people purchasing different LSBs.

Just got shot down again they swear I got the 2nd one a hour after the first one but I never got an email and my crystal count never went above 1227
That’s the thing though, I bought the Ventress episode pass, didn’t have a problem with that. I don’t know if it’s just something with the web store, but it’s probably pointless to get the LSB now that I have Second Sister from the anniversary quest. At this point, the only thing it could give me is a boost in Fleet Battles with the Interceptor.
I bought 2 satchels of crystal 2 weeks ago but only got 1. After numerous attempts to resolve it I get an in game email from support. They gave me around 40k of era currency wth I already have 250k of it since I can't level the era toons anymore without spending money on them. Why can't they just give you what they owe you.

No, I reached out and submitted an EA Help case. Still waiting to hear back from them.

I had exactly the same thing posted at the same time, nothing yet( i got 5 shards and some conquest energy but that can’t be it)
Can someone please help me with this? It’s been a week, and I still haven’t gotten anything from EA regarding the purchase.
