We have attempted to reproduce this but have so far been unable to.

By any chance, can you remember the order of abilities you used during this tier when you encountered this issue?

I don't know every single ability I used by the point in the screenshot, but to start out the battle I basically used the abilities as they were available from right to left (unshackled emotions first, followed by dark harbinger, followed by basic, basic...).

Is it possible to at least get the galactic legend tickets returned to me? It seems clear from the screenshot that I'm in a situation that shouldn't happen in this tier.
