Tier 5 Sith Eternal Emperor Glitch

As far as a make good,  I'm not looking for more than what is right.   

All I would like is either the event tickets back,  the 850 crystals spent to farm the tickets or just have the tier completed.

Right,  that was the third time that happened tho and by that point I was nearly dead.   The first time they were both at slivers of health and ben couldn't die either time.   That third time i recorded,  I tried Rey instead. 

I understand the mechanic but it was not WAI during the whole run.  I just didn't record the entire battle because there was no reason to think it wasn't going to work. 

I tried 3 times.  Twice to kill ben when Rey was nearly dead.

We have run through this several times and have only experienced behaviour that can be explained by the Special Mechanic for Tier 5.

Special Mechanic Tier 5: "When Ben Solo is active, Rey can't be defeated. Ben Solo cannot be defeated while Rey is over 50% health."

Using your video as an example.

• 2s - SEE does not kill Ben Solo with his basic as Rey has greater than 50% health (100% health).
• 8s -  SEE does not kill Ben Solo with his basic as Rey has greater than 50% health(75%ish health).
• 13s - SEE does not kill Ben Solo with his basic as Rey has greater than 50% health (100% health).
• 20s - SEE does not kill Ben Solo with his basic as Rey has greater than 50% health (75%ish health).
• 26s - SEE uses Special to reduce both Ben Solo and Reys health to less than 50% health (less than 5% health).
• 31s - SEE uses basic on Rey and does not kill her as Ben Solo is still alive.

For your last attack, if you had targeted Ben Solo rather than Rey, he should have been defeated. As far as we can see, this whole interaction is working as intended.

Unhelpful.   I covered that in my pm and my explanation.   It wouldn't have gotten to that point without the glitch happening TWICE ON Ben already so I tried Rey in frustration.

I have tried the same thing.  Both were at 5% health. After only targeting Ben Solo, he would not die.  Then they killed me.. This took way to much time and money for crystals to be acceptable. Is some type of refund for crystals or just dark side currency possible? I have been faithful to this game and invested a lot of time and money to reach this point.
