Time Change Messed up Daily Refreshes

    Hi @Joe2648 

    Thank you for the report. Players can change the reward payout times twice a year. If a mistake was done in the change the players can contact EA Help support to get assistance. However, the CSR can only revert the Time Zone to what it was before the change and do not set a new time zone. If you need help understanding how payout time can be changed, there is an EA Help article available for all our players.

    Unfortunately, you will need to wait for the reset to be able to change the time as described in the article.
