Summarize your bug Yesterday (Mar 28) was Daylight Savings time for me in Europe (CET). I was fully expecting my reset to move forward one hour, which it did from 04:00 to 05:00 (it is these times because I started the game while in CST. After my fleet payout at 0:00 (midnight, technically on Mar 29) I changed my time settings to align better in Europe to 21:00 (9pm). I wake up this morning and it has been forward a 2nd time to 22:00!!!! So I got hit by DST 2x which is not correct. I have already used my 2 time changes so I need EA to get this corrected ASAP!

There is no adjustment in-game for DST. From checking your account, we can see that you have only changed the timezone once from UTC-3 to UTC+4.
If you have no time changes remaining, you will either have to wait for it to refresh, or you could get in touch with our Customer Support and see if they can help you with changing your time since you do not have any changes remaining.
