Summarize your bug A timed event can be played after the end of the timeframe. The refresh counter is reset to zero. It is possible to change into character selection. I did not press play after seeing this as it is clearly a bug.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1 Open a timed event shortly before its timeframe ends. 2 Leave the event-window open. 3 After the ending time you can select all tiers again, even if you used them up before. 4 Most probably you get the rewards again.
