transaction bug

I received about 4000 crystals instead of the appo pack that i just bought from the webstore. my ally code is 191-425-136 and the order number is 1005434030900. i want the appo pack contents and dont care about the crystals, but i would like to know if i can use the crystals after i receive the contents of the pack.
