Transferred iOS account to Android, can no longer access Android account

So today I decided to try and make things easier since I have two accounts (one iOS and one Android) so I used the new "Link a Device" option. What I didn't do, however, was swap over to my second Gm...

When transferring accounts the old data is lost as it is converted to the new platform. If you saved one account over an existing account then the old account is lost and cannot be recovered.

That argument about “the old data is lost” is simply wrong. I had the exact same problem and my “old” account is still there in the game. This is not a matter of lost data but of unwillingness to implement a recovery option from an involuntary mistake caused by imprecise wording in the link a device option.

@prufrockJNN If you move from one platform to another the old account information is no longer there. It is not possible to retrieve it as it is removed.
