Trouble with purchasing

Having trouble purchasing March madness hoard of crystals, I was able to purchase other items with the same card, the card has enough money on it. I check with my card company and it doesn't show any declined charges. I get a message that says "That didn't work. Lets try again......."Any help would be appreciated. Allycode 252-692-733
