Hi guys,

Can you try clearing your cache/game data - iOS & Android.

Failing that, could you please try and reinstall the game.

If you are still facing issues after trying the above, please let us know.

@dd3h4wpb2qw1 - Is this still an issue for you? It appears that you have been able to play conquest and have gained some Conquest Keycards and rewards.

@Uhdea - Is this still an issue for you? If you provide your Ally Code, we can take a look.
