Tusken Bundle bug

I went to buy the Tusken bundle when it was in the shop last week and I got gems instead of buying the bundle. I made a post last Saturday about the situation and posted a picture of the message I got from CG. I was wondering if I can get the proper reward I paid for that would be wonderful.
