Tusken LSB Not giving Characters after purchase

I purchased the Tusken LSB on Wednesday December 11th and did not receive the Relic 5 upgrade to my characters. I have tried the restore button, and asking the EA help within the game. Neither has worked and I'm noticing that I'm not alone in this. EA help makes it sound like it's my fault or that they don't want to solve the issue even though they have taken my money. It would be nice if they would just do the job they are paid to do and fullfil my purchase. The old support team never was this shady and immediately handled any issues. 

P.S. I have restarted the app multiple times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change to my characters.

P.S.S my Ally code is 155-748-744
