Same issue as 1st post : When trying to enter the back platoon for ships ("main base fortification"), the game freezes on the loading screen. This happens not only to me but also to many other members of my guild.
As as result only 20 of 22 platoons were filled.
Note: TW is now over but issue is still reproducible in Review mode.
