Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure what happened but Territory war Emperor palpatine lead with mara jade omicron Vs Phasma lead first order. 0 GL in both team

I was in Territory war. I used mara jade omicron (empire team) on offense versus phasma lead omicron team. My mara jade was preloaded to 100% Turn meter. But 0 attempt ennemy team phasma went first turn. Then the turn meter train they had made me lose the fight without taking a turn even if i had a 100% preloaded character vs 0 attempt fight so 0 turnmeter phasma
I also reported the ennemy guild for suspicious activity inside the game using the command in case this wasnt a bug but a cheater.
Saddly happened too fast to be able to screen shot. Would have had a ''middle of the fight'' screen shot meaning nothing

Enemy uniques trigger first.
So for Mara attacking Hux, Mara doesn't get TM.
For Hux attacking Mara, she does get TM.
It's annoying that it's inconsistent like that, but that is how it functions.
