First photo shows 7500 and rey tier not completed. Second shows after its on cooldown but still 7500. I refreshed all tiers prior becore zi realized it screwed me out of the crystals and did not give me the ultimate journey currency from previous tiers. I had checked to see if I was at Cap and noticed it was at 7500 so i did more runs and then rechecked and it was still at 7500.
