Unable to access SWGOH on PC for 45 days

I’ve already posted messages on several forums, yet there’s been no solution, no compensation, and no explanation as to why the loading stops and gets stuck at 80%—despite everything I’ve tried (and I’ve tested every fix found on Reddit, forums, AI, and Discord). I have my doubts about whether I’ll be able to play on PC before the year ends; like many others, I’m clearly not a priority when it comes to bug fixes.

I’m having a similar problem, but on mobile and it gets stuck on “Loading Cantina.” I’ve been sitting here for 20-15 minutes a day for about three days as I write this message. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Please help both of us!
