I am receiving an error when trying access the webstore. After entering the verification code, I get an error asking me to try and relink ea connect.
In game support could not help and said that my account has been deleted.
The option in game to unlink from EA connect also says that my account cannot be unlinked.
I need help.

I changed the email associated with my EA account at the suggestion of in-game support. They then told me I apparently requested the right to forget so my account was deleted.
I don't remember ever asking for the account to be deleted and they couldn't provide me a copy of that request. I also cannot unlink EA connect in game. I get the error pictured below.
I haven't been able to access since May 4th
