Unable to buy Jedi Knight Revan LSB

When this bundle originally came out, I tried to buy it through the webstore.  The purchase failed, but now the option to buy the bundle is no longer available for me.  I was told that there is some back end process that will clear itself out and let me see the bundle in the store again.  

Now that the bundle is back in the store, I would have expected to have the option to purchase it, but it is still unavailable for me. 

Can someone please help me with this issue?
