Unable to claim Daily Activities Prize Box after Episode Track ended

Since Episode Track ends 5 minutes before Daily Quest, I was going to save my extra Episode points from Daily Quest for the next Episode Track. However, neither the Episode Track reset nor I could claim the daily prize with the popup saying my prize will be in my inbox. I received my Daily Quest - Energy reward a few minutes after daily reset, however, the Daily Acivities Prize Box is nowhere to be find.
