unable to complete the update

Every time the PC version of the game updated, it used to take five days for the installation to finally complete. Now, I’ve been stuck at 80% for at least 15 days—ever since the new background featuring Dark Jar Jar appeared. I’ve tried repairing the files, letting it run, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game dozens of times, but nothing works. Is there a solution? Using the phone version takes four times as long and is a real hassle.
