Unable to connect to game on mobile data

This has been going on for a few months now.  About 90% of the time when I try to connect to the game on mobile data I get the error in the screen shot.  Every so often itll let me in, but usually kicks me out with that error after a few minutes.  The game launches fine on wifi and currently I mostly play from the PC client.  Im not always home to play from the PC client or have access to wifi so I would like to fix this to better align with guild timelines.

I've already done a lot of troubleshooting myself in this time frame.  I've reinstalled, cleared caches, and all sorts of other things.  I've also tried working with my mobile data provider (T mobile) on this issue and they were unable to see why this would be occurring as everything was working on their end.  Im not sure what else I can do or what else needs provided to look into it.

My phone is a Galaxy S22+ and ive had this phone for years with no issues until recently
