Unable to find our guild in the search engine.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Unable to find our guild in the search engine. Our guild is "Galaxy Hunters Reavers" I tried to find the guil in the search mode but i never had our guild in the result.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

I tried to find the guil in the search mode but i never had our guild in the result.

I tried :
Galaxy Hunters Reavers
Galaxy AND Hunters
Galaxy AND Reavers

I tried to refresh many times to see if it is in the other results .... No results.

It's hard to recruit but if the search mode doesn't work, it really don't help us.

Hi @Wombatkio and thanks for reporting this.

When I searched for "Reavers" in advanced search, I found your guild on the second page after hitting the refresh button as highlighted in the screenshot.

"Galaxy" and "Hunters" are common words that are included in guild names and will most likely return many results.

When I searched for "Reavers" in advanced search, I found your guild on the second page after hitting the refresh button as highlighted in the screenshot.

Is there an algorithm that take off our guild from the result if we are in ?
Because i serched "Reavers" like you did, and after 20 refresh, i still don't find it !

And if the search worked well, by searching the whole name, we should have it in the result. It is basic programming !

If you search using Boolean operators, you can find it quite easily.

Searching for the following terms returns results for your guild:

galaxy AND reavers

galaxy AND hunters

hunters AND reavers

Searching for your own guild will not return results.

Hi, my guild "Dragon Empire"（龙帝国） also encountered this problem and couldn't find it. Try your method many times, but still nothing!

Each symbol is being treated as a separate word.

Searching for "龙帝国" gave me no results.

Searching for "龙 AND 国" returned two results, one of which was your guild. See image:

thank you for your help! The guild disappeared into the black hole. The BUG of the keyword prevented our guild from being the first to show. I hope the official can help us improve the display. Not getting new members makes us difficult.
