unable to login to the game

Summarize your bug Ihave not been able to access the game for over 2.5 hours. it reaches the "loading cantina" message it does not progress for over 30 seconds and then I get "Connection Error" there is an error with your connection. i have tried it on different wifi, without wifi through the cellular network, restarted the device, used both Ipad and Ipone. updated iOS - everything remains the same - not able to login So - to validate you guys understand - the actual connection is good and stable - there is a problem connecting to the servers I managed to login - by activating a VPN - i.e. routing from a different country (instead of Israel - Germany) - than login took seconds
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? maybe try to emulate a login from Israel.
