Unable to Open Bronzium Packs — Error on Both Mobile and PC

Issue: Cannot open Bronzium packs — error occurs consistently on all platforms and networks

Hi all,

I’m having an ongoing issue where I can’t open Bronzium packs — the game throws an error every time I try. This happens on both my Android phone and the PC client, with the exact same result. I also have the same issue opening the PC exclusive pack.

Things I’ve already tried:

• Reinstalled the game on both mobile and PC
• Tried on both Wi-Fi and cellular data

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any advice on what else I can try?
