Unable to purchase Darth Revan Light Speed Bundle

Summarize your bug Recently I attempted to purchase the Darth Revan Light Speed Bundle in the webstore. I went through the purchase process and used PayPal to purchase the bundle. However, during the final steps of the process, my connection timed out, and the sale never finalized. I was not charged. However, somewhere in the system, a parameter got checked that says i have purchased it, and since it can only be purchased once, I cannot attempt to purchase this item again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connection time out during purchasing process

I attempted to use it workaround by having a friend purchase the bundle as a gift and I'm ineligible to receive it. In-game support has been completely unhelpful with this issue. Reviewing similar bug reports indicate a blocker on your end needs removed.

    When a purchase is failing in the webstore (for whatever reason), it takes a while until it is cleaned up in the background. Until then the item you wanted to purchase will not be available (if it has a purchase limit of 1, that is) for that time. Once the purchase was cleared the item will become available again. This is not a bug but the intended behavior.

  • I am also having this issue with the Djjinn Djarin Bundle now as well. It appears that my credit card company is blocking the second purchase when i buy a bundle immediately after another one of the same price, making the assumption that I'm being double charged

    The issue has not cleared though  it is persistent after over a week.
