Unable to sign in

Since last night's update it won't allow me to log in. Every time I try it's says the 24 hour reload message to reload and then get same message again. Can't seem to get passed this I can sign in as a guest but as soon as I try via Google play account I get reload message over and over.

Yeah, cleared cache, cleared storage, even cleared Google Play Games data all of that after uninstalling and reinstalling the game..

Likewise, noticed an error in hotbot, to start, it won't update now. I can access webstore but not hotutils or access my account through google play
