Unable to start Lord Vader Tier 5-7

Despite having 144/144 Dark Side tickets, I’m unable to enter a battle.

When clicking ‘Battle’ nothing happens. I’ve tried restarting the game multiple times.

Im unable to grind for ultimate ability materials and am at ticket cap, thus wasting energy.
