Unable to upgrade character relic5 -> relic6

Despite having more than the required amount of ingredients, I am unable to upgrade any of my dark side units to relic 6. See photo.

please advise if I have missed the obvious.

@burratha Hello there,

You are missing the Electrium Conductors in order to take your characters to the next relic level.

The box of materials in the lower left corner can be scrolled, revealing the pieces you are missing.

You will need additional Electrium Conductors plus 10 Zinbiddle Cards if you want to take those characters from relic 6 to 7 following this upgrade.

You know - I didn’t see the scrollbar... thank you for that. It’s quite easy to miss (in my defence, anyway!)
