Unable to upgrade to lvl 4 leader barris offee

Hello guys , I am unable to upgrade the leader skill to lvl 4 for barris even though i have all required mats. Any ideas ? Thanks

Hi @kreepenX and thank you for the report.

In order to upgrade the skill to level 4, the character needs to be level 40.

I thought the same thing initially , but the Thing is I saw other lvl 38s (as i am) but with the passive upgraded to lvl 4
