Unable to use online SWGOH store rewards - Yahoo email

Hi, I have a issue in SWGOH online store - I log in to the platform (managed also to change my password) but I AM unable to redeem the awards from it as after confirming that I have linked my account...
technical issues

    @qbczyk and have you done what is said in step 3 under "pelease run through these steps" ?

@Barbarossa5 apologies I was writing during work and maybe I complicated things. Let me break it down by account maybe

qbczyk:

- account with which I first used this email on EA

- account I tried to use on my primary SWGOH game but switched there to different email, I do not need it there

- that's the account that I see when logging into EA

Appa

- account I have linked in SWGOH currently on my second SWGOH game 

- account I see when going to SWGOH store

- account where I want to receive the awards

Do the steps shared by you still apply in this situation?
