Unable to view any content that include real purchases

Need some help with this if anyone could please,

Since I ported to PC I've been unable to view any ingame content at all that includes real monetary purchases. This includes the episode pass, conquest plus and paid offers in the store which just don't show up, the crystals page in the shop shows up with the error message "unable to proceed with request as it is not in line with EA requirements" as seen in the pic below (I have also gone to the link it has not helped). Free offers like bonus calendars also do not show up and the tiered packs with free and paid tiers DO show up in store but they only lead to an endless loading screen if I click on them.

I thought it might be because my account was still underage, so I updated it but to no avail, I also think account age isn't a factor here as I've always been able to view paid offers in my many years playing the game with a previously underage account. 

Anybody had this problem before? And if so do you have a fix lol please.
