Unresistable effects not landing with tenacity up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Since the JML breach fix, unresistable effects are being resisted with tenacity up.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? JKR lead team with JML and GS. Use Han to shoot GS first he will not be stunned even though each hit says stun under it. There is no resist message just no stun.

Here is a video of GS not being Han's stun with tenacity up. This was the easiest one to get but I've also noticed Vader not landing ability block verse jedi with tenacity up. This is harder to get a video of since the AB is not 100% but the out come is the same. You see the ability block message in red but it does not land with tenacity it. I've have noticed unresistable abilities not landing with tenacity up a lot.

This is working as intended. GAS’s unique ability The Chosen One lets him dispel all debuffs when he is critically hit.
Han hits him, stuns him, then the unique removes the stun. There’s no resist message - he is stunned for a moment, then it’s removed.
