Hi everyone and thank you for the reports.

We've published a small Hotfix to correct several issues, including the stuck on loading screen and crash in the challenges and event screen and the incomplete daily activities.

Reinstalling or a clean restart should fix it for everyone. Thank you for sticking with us!

Received the update, got an “error 9”, then got similar screen as above, but with spinning symbol.

I get this screen when i use the Find button to locate character shards.
I also get it trying to open the store where you spend Ally points.
My ally code is 753-921-114

Same problem here. Got locked out of arena so couldn't claim higher reward

Completed All Daily Activities reward won't trigger

Same for me except there is a white noise hum after around 6 seconds and the game freezes until I force quit.

Yep. Having the same issue. Looks like the update wasn't ready. I can't go anywhere past the main cantina screen. I get the background image posted above.

I cant even search for gear on nodes without it freezing. Need to fix, affecting all areas of the game
