We have now brought this to the teams attention for further investigation.
Please also note, the summoned Vulture Droids only have a chance to assist when a Separatist ally attacks an enemy with Buzz Droids debuff.
I am aware of the buff immunity difference, but as others who use malevolence daily for the last year have noted, there has never been an issue with summon droids not assisting every single time, up until this latest update, to which now they seem to hardly assist and make battles that much more rng dependent.
Point I made above was that they didnt fix summoned droids from not assisting, they made them always assist, and there has been nothing wrong with the way it was working from a power balance stand point, if anything this makes negotiator OP now.
I asked me the same a few days, now I know the problem. Since release I never had a problem with assists of my Vulture, now I always have a problem with it. I hope they change it back, if not I agree with russdpipes: Nego is getting buffed and Malo get a big nerf, so the little fleet diversity is ruined....
I'm in the same boat as you. Using Mal for a year now, never saw the 70% chance until the update, and never failed to assist when hitting a target with buzz droids and I wasn't dazed. This has all started since the "fix".
