Wasn't given the option to input promo code? (Jedi Temple Guardian)

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I accidentally purchased the Jedi Temple Guardian bundle available in the webstore. I kept searching for an option to input the promo code so I could get it for free but it didn't show up. Went to paypal and expected another screen to show up where I'd finally be given the option but instead it just completed the purchase. Is there anyway to issue a refund? I never would have bought the pack if it wasn't for the promo code and I have yet to open the pack in game.
