WAT TAMBOR upgrade to relic 3 error message
Every time I try to upgrade to relic 3, I get error message that I need armour to level XIII. As I have already upgraded to level XIII how can I progress to relic 3 and above?

There have been many threads about this.
The text displayed in the error message is misleading and needs to be updated.
The true requirements to take Wat to r3 is that he needs to be at least 5 stars. Relic 4 requires 6 stars and Relic 5+ requires 7 stars.
