Webstore and EA App on PC logs me into starter account

Hello!

Ref title - EA App on PC logs me into starter account. I played through the tutorial to get access to settings, but the "connect" button in there is not there.

Same thing happens when I try using the webstore. Signs me into a starter account. 

Any suggestions? Only thing I can think of is to unlink EA account ingame via phone and relink again? But i'm extremely  afraid it will screw up something as i've lost my account for 6months or so before due to an error code that I can't remember. Was told just to wait for next big update and it would fix the issue. Which it did, but man waiting 6 months really ruins progress, and all other important matters within the game.
