Webstore LSB issues. Ordered, missing from store....but not charged or recieved

Is there something wrong with the webstore? I ordered the Battle of Hoth LSB....it said the order was processing, went to paypal. did its thing. No charge to my paypal LSB is missing from Webst...

support answered once in 2 and a half days, just to repeat a step that you have to read BEFORE opening a ticket in the first place.

As an IT support officer myself....what is this service.?......🤨

I had a similar issue, and after 4 DAYS, they told me 'after looking at your account, I can confirm the content is there'... then closed the ticket... IT ABSOLUTELY IS NOT... only difference is i got charged for it
