Webstore refund for failed purchase

Less than an hour ago, I purchased the bad batch LSB from the website. The transaction went through, and I saw the money leave my account. However, I also saw on the website that the bad batch LSB was no longer available.

Minutes later, I got an in-game message saying something went wrong with the purchase, and I was given between 4k and 5k in crystals.

I wasn't given a refund. The crystals were put in my account so why wouldn't the bad batch.

i now have 4-5 k more in crystals and no bad batch. $32 does not equal 4-5k in crystals.

i want a refund or the bad batch. not crystals!

  • The exact same thing happened to me. I either want the contents of the LSB, or I want a refund. My ally code is 181-762-324

    It happened to me aswell but with the Rouge One II lightspeed bundle. I also want my characters or a full refund, i did however get a 250 crystal "apology" for the issue, but it doesn't equal the amount of money spent nor the value of the contents of the lightspeed bundle. My ally code is 191-425-136
