Webstore: Still Can’t Access It

Hello, I’ll spare you an endless rant and instead get right to the point:

After so many years, I still can’t access the webstore. I tried literally every workaround without solving anything. When I contacted EA through the in-game support, they gave me (I suppose using a bot) only generic and obviously insufficient answers, before outright ignoring my complaints. I’ve decided to bring this issue to the forum, hoping that a staffer can finally help me figure this mess out.

    Yes, I tried literally everything, that’s why I’m asking for EA/CG to find a way to manually resolve the issue on their end looking into my account. There’s nothing anymore I can do myself.

    @IcePrinceGCThis Account is Connected to a "incompleted setted up" EA Account. I saw this bug a few times already, and mostly iOS are affected. The NucleusID is 1013661025890 but the Account has no Name (Because its not fully setted up).

    This is not a issue by you but the Code. EA Help will have to cut the Connection to this account so you can link freshly

    @Barbarossa5 It's not possible to unlink the accounts at the moment. They need to log into the EA account and complete the account creation. EA Help can tell them what email is linked to the SWGoH account.
