6 years agoHi @BrownsFan039, Ah sorry to her that, I think you're right there. Yeah, the next step would be to hit up the EA Help team and they'll check the logs for you.
On that note actually, the link I've shared above is how most games would reach out to the support team but I spaced on the fact that SWGOH have an in-game option to send in a Help ticket directly from their SWGOH account. That might be better here as it'll link support directly to your account.
