I have the same issue after every Bad Batch battle... And yes it is the same sound glitch that can happen when you skip the Bronzium data card animation, mid spin.
This is also a work-around fix for when the Bad Batch sound glitch happens.
Just go to the store and open a Bronzium data card and let the animation run all the way through. This will stop the post Bad Batch sound glitch. It's not a fix, but it's better than having to restart your game just to get that irritating sound to stop!
