No doubt the server stops responding from time to time. Optimizing things on your end as much as you can, is probably all you can do for now.

Like keeping you cache clean and your drivers updated as well as your video card.

Emulating without dedicated graphics can make the processor sputter.

My phone is android 10 and I only get freezing on my end when the network or processing messes up.

2 more freezes today, one while browsing Shipments, the other during a transition into the Cantina screen... Android 10, Huawei P30 Pro
